Ageless Icons Exchange Policy

At Ageless Icons, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing exceptional service. While we do not offer returns, we gladly provide exchanges to ensure you receive the right fit and style.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchange Period: Items must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging, to qualify for an exchange.

  • Inspection Process: All items will be inspected upon return. If an item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage, it will be returned to the customer, and the exchange will not be processed.

  • Exchange Limit Per Order: Each item in an order can only be exchanged one time. Ageless Icons is not required to accept more than one exchange per item per order.

  • Return Limit Per Order: An order can only be returned one time. Ageless Icons is not required to accept more than one return per order.

What Can Be Exchanged:

  • Sizing Issues: If an item doesn’t fit as expected, you may exchange it for the same design, color, and style in a different size. If the wrong size was sent due to a manufacturer error, shipping costs will be covered by Ageless Icons. However, if the wrong size was ordered by the customer, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from any refund or return costs.

  • Defective Items: Any customer requesting an exchange or reporting a defective item must contact our customer service team prior to submitting any formal dispute or chargeback. This allows us to provide a swift resolution, including an even exchange for defective merchandise, as per our policies. Items deemed defective are eligible for an even exchange but are not subject to a refund.

  • Reporting Defects: If you receive a defective item or one damaged during shipping, notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Contact us at (1-833-741-4473) or email support@agelessicons.com, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Inspection Process: All exchanged items will undergo an inspection process to ensure they are:

    • Unworn and undamaged

    • Free from signs of washing or use

    • In resalable, retail condition

Items failing inspection (e.g., showing damage, wear, or washing signs) will not be processed for exchange and will be returned to the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Final Sale & Clearance: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.

  • Defective Items: Defective items can only be exchanged for the same product and are not eligible for refunds.

Easy Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, follow our exchange process and select the appropriate size. Please ensure that the item being exchanged is the same design, color, and style. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the sizing issue was due to a manufacturer error.

Chargeback and Disputes:

  • Contact Us First: We require that all customers contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Please reach out to our customer service team at (1-833-741-4473) or via email at support@agelessicons.com.

  • Resolution Process: Once you contact us, we will work diligently to address your concerns. We have 10 business days to resolve your issue. If your concern is not resolved within 14 business days, you may then consider filing a chargeback or dispute.

  • Failure to Follow Procedure: If the chargeback or dispute process is not followed as outlined, we reserve the right to deny any refunds or disputes. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Material Quality and Refund Policy:

At Ageless Icons, we pride ourselves on transparency and clarity in our product descriptions to ensure every customer knows exactly what they are purchasing.

  • Material Clarification:

    • Items labeled with "Premium" in the title are crafted from cotton garments. The material makeup is clearly listed in the product description at the time of purchase.

    • Items labeled with "Performance" or "Dry-Fit" are made from polyester moisture-wicking material. This distinction is always reflected in the product title and description.

  • No Refunds Based on Material Perception: Refunds will not be granted based on a customer's perceived opinion of the material quality. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept the material description provided.

  • Upgrading to Moisture-Wicking Items:

    • Customers wishing to upgrade to a moisture-wicking item may email our support staff to initiate an exchange.

    • A return label will be provided to send the original items back.

    • Upon receipt, returned items will undergo an inspection process to ensure they are:

      • Unworn and undamaged

      • Free from signs of washing or use

      • In resalable, retail condition

    • If the items pass inspection, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued, allowing the customer to repurchase the desired upgraded item.

    • Items failing inspection (e.g., showing damage, wear, or washing signs) will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available within 24 hours after purchase is initiated. Any refund requests made after this 24-hour window will not be accepted, and all sales will be considered final.

  • Final Sales: After 24 hours, all purchases are non-refundable, and only exchanges will be permitted.

  • Binding Agreement: By purchasing from Ageless Icons after this policy is published, customers agree to be bound by the terms outlined above.
